There are very few vehicles as instantly recognizable as the Willys Jeep, and with close to 650,000 units produced during WWII alone, it's easy to understand why. It's hard to find a WWII combat photo that DOESN'T have a jeep in it! Built tough and simple, it was the Allied forces' ride of choice, although not necessarily the most comfortable ride. More than 60 years later, plenty of these sturdy vehicles are still roadworthy today. Heller offers this tough little cookie in 1/72 scale, along with a two-wheeled cargo trailer and stowage (55-gallon drum, jerry cans, ammo boxes, bed rolls) to go in it. Two figures and decals for a US Army 1st Infantry Division vehicle at Normandy are included, and you can build it either canvas top up or down. With this kit's 1/72 scale compatibility, the diorama possibilities are endless!
